How long does it take to receive my order?

Each Maison Territo project is made with the same precision as haute couture. Delivery times depend on the complexity of your selection, the customization required and the origin of each piece, whether it travels from Milan, Florence or bespoke workshops across Italy. For reference, most orders take 14-20 weeks, although rare and fully custom designs may take longer.

Can I place a customization order for an item not listed?

Absolutely! Maison Territo exists to go beyond catalogs. If you are considering a finish, proportion or custom piece not present in our collections, our team will contact the brand's artistic directors and workshops directly. From special marble slabs to embroidery designs, each customization is explored in dialogue with the house itself.

What are your material guidelines?

We can upholster our designs with the fabric or leather of your choice, provided it is supplied in a continuous length.
