César AOP Nice extra virgin olive oil
Since 1868, our mill has been producing this Monovarietal César AOP Nice olive oil, made from the ‘Cailletier’ variety harvested from our estates. It has a very light taste and delicate aromas, ideal for raw vegetables. This year, the Nice olive oil reveals notes of dried herbs and floral scents on the nose. On the palate, you will find almond, artichoke, broom flower, hay, hints of pastry, ripe apple, and dried fruits. An authentic expression of the French Riviera terroir.
