Article 1. ORGANIZATION OF THE CONTEST
The “Venus Versace Home” competition (hereinafter referred to as “the contest”) is organized by Maison Territo, a luxury furniture boutique located at 1050, 5050 Côte de Liesse, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H4P 0C9.

Article 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
2.1 Participation in the contest is free and open to all Quebec residents, 18 years of age or older, excluding Casa Vogue and Maison Territo employees and their direct families.
2.2 Participation in the contest implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.
2.3 Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these rules will invalidate the Participant's participation.
Article 3. GAME DATES
The game begins on April 04, 2025 at noon and ends on May 04, 2025 at noon. The draw will take place on May 14, 2025.

Article 5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will be drawn at random from among the participants on Instagram. The winner will receive one (1) Venus swivel armchair by Versace Home.
Article 6. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
Maison Territo will designate the winners by random draw from among all those who have registered. The draw will be carried out at random on May 14, 2025, at 12:30 pm, by Liv Siv-Ing.
Article 7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be notified solely by private message on Instagram. They will have 30 days to claim their prize.
Article 8. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
By participating in the game, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Maison Territo for the purposes of managing the game. The data collected will not be shared with third parties.
Article 9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules. Maison Territo reserves the right to cancel or modify the game in the event of force majeure.
Article 10. LIABILITY
10.1 Maison Territo cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of contacting each winner. Nor can it be held responsible for any errors concerning the name, address and/or contact details provided by the persons who took part in the competition.
10.2 Maison Territo reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability.
Article 11. APPLICABLE LAW
This game is subject to Quebec law.
